SHOW AND SHINE COMPETITION

BUSFEST SHOW & SHINE COMPETITION

The Show and Shine Competition (which includes a “Rust and Prime” class) is held on Sunday - please see the programme for details of the times - and is a judged contest.

Entry is free but is limited to a maximum of 150 vehicles.

Up to 75 vehicles may be entered on line during August; a minimum of 75 and maximum of 100 entry forms (dependant on number of on-line entries) will be available from the Information Centre at BUSFEST.

DAY VISITORS & SHOW & SHINE

If you are coming as a DAY VISITOR & want to be in the SHOW & SHINE we still need to know you are coming.so please let us have your entry.

When you come to the site (ON SUNDAY) you will be able to go to either YELLOW or (Preforably) BROWN GATE, (Gates open at 09.00). & pay your Day visitor Fee and will then be directed to the Show & Shine arena.

You must arrive at a reasonable time as once the Show & Shine is in place we will not permit any further vehicle entry & movement on site.

The Show & Shine Competition is held on the SUNDAY in the SHOW & SHINE Arena

• You should confirm your entry & receive final instructions @ BUSFEST.
• You should proceed to the entry point at the new SHOW & SHINE arena for 09.00 (if possible) on the Sunday.
• All vehicles MUST be in place by 11.00.
• A judging system is used for the Show & Shine.
• Judging will take place between 11 & 12 and rossettes placed at midday.
• Any winning participants will be notified with a rosette on the vehicle window screen
• Results & prizes will be given @ the BUSFEST closing Ceremony in the Severn Hall @ approx 16.00hrs.
